I can develop a promotional article to showcase an individual or business on my site. An article and link on my site will help to publicise whatever you are doing, whether you're an individual involved in some artistic project, or run a business.

An article on my site can be a very powerful way to achieve high visibility on Google and other search engines. A wide range of subjects is possible, though it's probably better if it is relevant to one of the content areas on the site.

You can prepare an article yourself, or I can write an article about what you have to offer. If you have an area of expertise, you can offer valuable information to web surfers, with contact details and a link to your website

Payment may not be necessary! Depending on the subject, if I can run profitable Google ads on the article page, and you don't mind having competitor ads next to your text, then the article won't cost you anything - even if I've written it! In my experience competitor ads make no difference, in fact they demonstrate that you are confident about what you have to offer.

Alternatively you may wish to have an article about what you are offering with exclusive adverts or text links to your website. In that case a negotiable fee would be payble.

How can a simple text link to your site be of such value?

My site is currently Google Page Rank 5 and receives around 200,000 page views per month. It is very highly visible in Google for a number of search terms. With around 5000 pages, it is on a par with a medium sized local newspaper website. The aidan.co.uk site has been continuously online since mid-1997.

The simple act of placing a link from my aidan.co.uk site is of benefit to the target site, especially if it is being newly developed.

A text link embedded in or at the end of a promotional article is discreet and often more effective than an advert. If people are genuinely interested in the subject in the link, they will be more likely to click on it than an obtrusive advert.
