About my Special Creative Projects: Help needed

I am not just a photographer. I am an all-round creative person with ideas for projects in many different media. It's exciting and stimulating to have all these ideas. The trouble is, it can be very difficult to develop, realise and promote them as they are spread across different media, and some of them are quite ambitious.

After 'sitting on' these ideas for some time I have decided to present them all together on this site for the first time

My Special Creative Projects cover the following formats:

Book
Radio drama
Recorded music
Full length feature film
Multi-media exhibition
Advanced interactive media

The beauty of these projects is that they are presented in a wide range of media, and are varied in scope and content.

I would like to work with others on a collaborative basis. I've already done so successfully on the M60 book project.

At first sight the material seems to be going off in all directions, but actually there are some common recurring themes:

Time and time travel

Conservation

A strong visual interest, particularly the detailed look, feel and uniqueness of environments and eras, and the people within them

Some ideas, particularly the comedy, are simply my reaction to experiences I've had and are inspired by humour from the past, whether Tony Hancock or Father Ted..

I know that many media professionals look at my site. I am hoping that far-sighted individuals out there will see the potential of my ideas, help me to make the right connections and possibly work with me to develop the them.

My ideas are original, well thought out, educational, stimulating, entertaining and put across a clear message. They offer great opportunities for creative people who are willing to take an open-minded, collaborative approach.

That's how the M60 book came about. Author Peter Portland saw my site, contacted me, and two years later, the book 'Around the M60 Manchester's Orbital Motorway' appeared. It's still on the shelves in local bookshops.

The ideas are presented here are either in rough outline, or as completed material for general viewing. Details of projects in planning will be kept under wraps!
