This 1975 Triumph Spitfire was my first car. I had great fun driving this car on country roads in Cheshire and on the motorway. I once ran out of petrol on the A538 heading west just before the airport tunnel. I owned it for only a few months, during which time I spent a considerable amount of money on it. I sold it in order to buy a 4-track tape recorder and switched to cycling as my main form of transport.
