Out of focus image of the River Liffey seen at dusk, with lights of various colours reflected in the water.

My camera wasn't playing up, I deliberately took the photo with the lens out of focus. The effect can be interesting. The image could be used as part of a graphic design layout, or in a quiz: "Can you identify this location?.
