A northbound DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) train is about to stop at Tara Street Station in the centre of Dublin.

In the background can be seen the towers of the Ulster Bank centre. The DART, an upgrade to the existing rail system around Dublin, was opened in 1984 and has proved to be a great success. The Irish for Tara Street 'Sráid na Teamhrach' also appears on the station signs.
