The Naas Dual Carriageway is the main highway south west out of Dublin. Here we are heading east towards Dublin.

The Naas Dual Carriageway through County Kildare reminds me of the A1 through Yorkshire - Both are dual carriageways, not motorways, both have flat countryside with hills beyond, and both areas are important for horse racing and breeding.
