View of Mosley Street Manchester looking from the steps of the City Art Gallery. A Metrolink tram passes on its way to St Peters Square. Directly in front of us is the recently completed office building that replaced the former Eagle Star building. That building was constructed on the site of the Milne Building, a magnificent late 19th century building with ornate columns that was demolished in the 1960s. Click to view it in the Manchester Local Images Collection. About the photos This image is from the portfolio of Aidan O'Rourke photographer writer website publisher.
