The Manchester city centre cityscape as seen from the top floor of Skyline Central apartment tower on Rochdale Road. Dominating the view on the right is the CIS Building. Other major buildings rising above the horizon include (from R to L): Arndale House, the Beetham Hilton tower, City Tower (former Sunley Tower). We are looking towards the south west.

This image was captured from Skyline Central's wonderful swimming pool area and relaxation room which has floor to ceiling glass windows with amazing views over the city. This image was captured at around 8.35 am on Monday 11 August 2008. The sun was coming from the left.
