The monolithic Civil Justice Centre is the biggest and most radical building in Spinningfields. It will house numerous offices court rooms and other facilities. It appears to me like a gigantic artwork or monument to justice, its end sections similar to the half open drawers of a solicitor's filing cabinet. It's a pity they don't slide in and out. This is how the Civil Justice Centre looked on 3 October 2006.
