The former Great Northern Goods Warehouse is directly below and next to it, the Great Northern Tower, currenctly under construction, with GMEX, former Central Station on the right. On the far right is the Midland Hotel. Running up the left is Deansgate. Manchester town hall clock tower is centre right, and the Wheel of Manchester is upper centre left. Continuing the line of Deansgate, upper left, is Cheetham Hill Road.

The view of the city from this height is quite remarkable. The upper part of the Beetham Hilton tower is apartments, the lower section is the 5 star Hilton Hotel.
