The Mathematics Building is partly demolished. The podium and part of the main building still remain. Crowds of students make their way south along Oxford Road.

Maths Building

Crowds of students are the reason why the Maths Building has been demolished. With its vertical profile served by just two lifts, it was unable to handle huge numbers of people in the expanded Manchester University.
