The SCAN building, later officially named University Place, under construction on Oxford Rd, Manchester, 4 June 2007. We are looking south along Oxford Road. The John Owens Building building is further down Oxford Rd on the right.

University Place, the building formerly known as the SCAN Building, will offer a semi-circular auditorium with 1,100 seats, 23 seminar rooms, a 400 seat restaurant and lots more. More information on the Manchester University website
