John Robb is a musician and journalist based in Manchester. He played in Manchester punk band The Membranes in 1977 and went on to form Gold Blade. He is an experienced journalist and has contributed to many magazines and newspapers. He is regularly interviewed on tv programmes related to music and popular culture.

John Robb can frequently be seen around Manchester city centre.
