Thomas, 8th Lord Stanley of Alderley signing a copy of his book 'The Stanleys of Alderley 1927-2001 A Politically Incorrect Story'. The launch event was held at the Ucheldre Centre in Holyhead. The Stanleys have lived on Anglesey since 1947.

The book tells the story of the Stanley family from 1927 to 2001, and how their estates at Alderley were sold off due to waste and mismanagement. It's a fascinating story and due to Lord Stanley's plain speaking manner, a very politically incorrect one.
