Panorama of the Salford district of Pendleton, looking north from the viewing platform of the Imperial War Museum. In the 1960's much of Pendleton, including the 'Hanky Park' district was razed to the ground, to be replaced by an estate of high rise council flats. In the distance are the hills above Bolton.

A view which at first sight could be taken from any major city in the UK.
