Fujairah emirate lies on the east coast of the Emirates, and is dominated by the Hajjar mountains to the east. In the Gulf states, roundabouts are often decorated with large sculptures with a Middle Eastern theme. Here we see a giant hand holding a perfume bottle. The palm trees form an attractive silhouette against the afternoon sky. Das Emirat Fujairah ('Fudschärah') liegt an der Ostküste der Emirate und ist von dem Hajjar-Gebirge dominiert. In den Golfstaaten werden Verkehrskreise oft mit grossen Skulpturen verschönert, die ein mittelöstliches Thema haben. Hier sehen wir eine riesige Hand, die eine Parfümflasche hält. Die Palmen sehen attraktiv aus gegen den dunkelblauen Nachmittagshimmel. Es ist zirka 16 Uhr und die Stadt wird wieder belebt.
