The Corniche stretches about 6km (4 miles) from the Sheraton Hotel to the Hilton Hotel. Here we see a 3km section of the Corniche from the Clocktower, on the far left, to the public garden shortly before the Hilton. The photograph was taken in April 2000. The highest building in Abu Dhabi is the Baynunah Tower, visible to the left, next to the Arab Investment Bank building, the one with the gold plate glass exterior.

Die Corniche erstreckt sich 6km lang vom Sheraton bis zum Hilton Hotel. Hier sehen wir einen zirka 3km langen Abschnitt vom Clocktower (Uhrturm) bis zum öffentlichen Garten kurz vor dem Hilton, wie er im April 2000 aussah. Das höchste Gebäude von Abu Dhabi ist der Baynunah Tower, (links) der neben dem Arab Investment Bank Gebäude steht, der die goldenene Glasfassade hat. (Übersetzung von Isabella Turner)
