These two large posters of the UAE president, Sheikh Zayed appeared in 2001. The UAE president smiles and waves in the left hand poster. On the right he is depicted as a thoughtful and powerful leader. Below the flowers are the words 'We love you very much', written in Arabic and English. The posters appeared following Sheikh Zayed's return from the United States after a transplant operation which saved his life.

Sheikh Zayed is one of the least known but most benevolent Arab leaders. During 2003, he urged Saddam Hussein to stand down in order to avoid war, and paid to fly an Eritrean baby injured in plane crash for hospital treatment in the UK. Sheikh Zayed died on 2 November 2004.
