View of the sun rising into a cloud-speckled sky as seen from the window of my apartment on Airport Road. Visible on neighbouring roofs are tv aerials on high masts, and apartment blocks similar to this one.

I lived in this apartment from September 1992 until about October 1993 when I moved to a larger apartment in a neighbouring building. I taught English language with the UAE Military and took this photo at around 6am before joining colleagues outside for the bus to the base at around 6.30. On 18 October 1994 at work during a free period whilst using one of the Apple Macs, I discovered a program called 'Adobe Photoshop 2.5'.
