Three towers photographed in and around the town of Dhaid 50 km (30miles) north east of Sharjah and Dubai. A minaret, water tower and another minaret have been combined into one photograph together with the setting sun.

Everywhere you look in UAE towns and cities there are minarets of all shapes and sizes. Water towers are also an interesting element, this one shaped like a globe supported at the top of a curving concrete tower. This image was created in Dublin for my Digital Camera Magazine Q&A / Hotline feature using images captured over two years previously.
