RICKY TOMLINSON is one of the most famous actors in the UK. His credits
include 'Boys from the Blackstuff', 'The Royle Family' and many more.
RAY KING is pictured here with his wife at the opening of the Hardrock
Cafe Manchester in 2000. A staff journalist with the Manchester Evening
News he writes articles on local and national issues as well as restaurant
|PETER PORTLAND is pictured here at Books Etc in the Printworks
on the occasion of a launch event for his recently-published book on ghost
stories 'Around Haunted Manchester.
EWM says: Peter is a natural storyteller and captivated the audience with his descriptions of some of Manchester's ghosts.
|KEITH BRADLEY is the Member of Parliament for the Withington
constituency, which covers roughly the area from the river Mersey in the
south to Wilbraham Rd in the north. Here he is pictured standing on Wilmslow

|GERRY YEUNG is co-owner of the Yang Sing, considered by many
to be the best Chinese restaurant in Manchester. He is also a director on
the board of Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
