ABOUT AIDAN O'ROURKE | |
I AM A PHOTOGRAPHER, JOURNALIST AND NEW MEDIA AUTHOR based in Manchester UK. I have two main areas of interest:
The main showcase for my Manchester work is Eyewitness in Manchester, part of Manchester Online is a combined work of photography, journalism and web design, all of which I do myself. I also do occasional Eyewitness in Manchester Live Events, where I display the photos, talk about them and invite comments. |
|
In autumn 2002 I
began contributing to Digital Camera magazine, by Future Publishing Ltd.
I do the Question and Answer section.
In November 2002 I launched my digital photography seminar series, which I provide to the general public, and in-house to businesses. In the seminars I draw on my 14 years experience teaching languages to share my recently-acquired expertise in digital photography. I undertake commercial photography assignments in the local area and supply photos worldwide for commercial use in print. I also collaborate on web design projects. |
