'Ring Road' refers to the Mancunian way, not the M60. On the edge of the flyover is the word 'GOURANGA' in large letters on A4 sheets, stuck on by unknown individuals. A friendly Hare Krishna adherent I met in Glasgow told me this means: 'Be happy!'. The word 'GOURANGA' has been stuck onto countless road and railway bridges all over the UK.
