Disused railway viaduct, Clifton, seen from the M60 motorway embankment
This is the Irwell Valley, about five miles north west of the city centre. This railway embankment used to carry trains from Clifton Junction across the Irwell to the Manchester to Bury line, now used by the Metrolink. /The hill in the distance is Prestwich. See also 658
