708: Piccadilly from Newton St corner Jan99

This photo is taken from almost the exact same spot as in the photo taken below one year earlier.

The main difference is the festive Big Wheel, which in 1999 was put up in Piccadilly Gardens.

Also, the buses in 1999 are in the ubiquitous Stagecoach livery. A year earlier, the 203 still had the old white orange and brown livery.
