Hi I'm new to these forums. I live in Stockport in Greater Manchester and recently some of my friends stumbled upon a hole into the air raid shelters underneath stockport. Now if you're familiar with the shelters you already know that they span miles upon miles underneath stockport and the surrounding area. The section we discovered was near Brinksway. After some investigation on the interweb I found a map of the site, it appears the site has already been explored officially by the DCC but me and a couple of mates are going to explore down there once we get some gear together; candles, torches, battery food and water etc. but I was just wondering if anybody had any interesting information about this site. When we were exploring it last night we found some toilets but lacking the equipment we hesitantly turned back round and exited the site.
We're going back down in a couple of days when the weather clears up, I'll post some pictures and videos.
