Liverpool Road Chippy - 1982

Aidan, hope you don't mind this thread. I used to work on Deansgate some 25 years ago and for lunch I'd walk to a chip shop on Liverpool Road. My old friend and myself were talking about the surrounding shops (BJ Motorcycles and a cheap car insurance shop on the corner) but for the life of us, we couldn't recall the name of the chippy. It had a unique name (we think) and was run by a cheerful husband, wife and two daughters team. They've long since moved on and someone else runs the chip shop, but can anyone remember the name from the early 80's?
