Due to abuse of the Forums by spammers, moderation has been in force for the last few months and this has led to a reduction in the use of the Forums by members wishing to post.

However, the spamming problem has not gone away so registration on the forum has been disabled.

Prospective new users of the Forum must e-mail the administrators to join.

Please introduce yourself, giving your name, location, preferred username and password, and we will reply via e-mail with your user details. You can then log into the Forum and join the discussions.

EXPLORATIONS - Buildings and Underground

The owner and administrator of the site are well aware of the interest engendered by the parts of the area that are underground and also by buildings, seemingly left unattended which, in the opinion of many, would be better if put to worthwhile use.

Exploration of such places can be interesting, exciting and reveal much that is of interest to our readership but much of such exploration is carried out on the edge of, if not over, the bounds of legality.

Publication of methods of access and some of the information gained places the publishers in a grey area in legal terms.

We will happily post information gained legally, for instance in the course of employment, from newspapers, books, information in the public domain and, of course, from access gained for exploration with the full consent of the owners.

From now on any post detailing methods of access to such places will be at least edited, if not deleted. Any post detailing information of the construction or contents of such places will be the subject of a query to the member unless the means of obtaining the information is clearly stated.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
