Toss The Feathers...back again

Back in the 1990s, we became friends with another Manchester band,
Toss The Feathers. This led to a series of gigs where we played
support to them. They are a sensational Celtic Folk/Rock band, superb
musicians IMHO....the Live shows were some of the best i've ever seen,
and they are a friendly bunch (loaned us their
PA AND their Soundman!), who will happily have a beer and a natter
with you in the bar. I'm pleased to note that this classic lineup has
reformed...see -

Last year I met Martin Moylan, co-founder of Toss the Feathers. I photographed him at the offices of his company Moylan Homes on Sandy Lane, Reddish, Stockport.

Martin told me all about his involvement in the construction industry. I certainly got the impression that he takes pride in aiming for high standards in design and energy efficiency.

When he mentioned he was also the co-founder of a well-known music group, I was amazed. Glad to meet someone else with diverse interests!
