Everton Brow is located on higher ground to the north of Liverpool city centre. From there there is a stunning view south over the city. This panorama consists of a set of of overlapping images merged in Photoshop. On the far left is the Anglican Cathedral. Radio City Tower, former St John's Beacon left centre and the Liver Building is to the right. In the distance, beyond the Wirral, are the Clwydian Hills in Wales.
This photo was taken for the book Liverpool Then and Now. The original photo was a standard format image looking over rooftops towards the Liver Building. I took this panorama in 2011 and the editors liked it and included it. To see old and new images together you'll need to buy a copy of Liverpool Then and Now!
