Berlin Europa

Center dusk lights and cyclist

The Europa Center is famous for its bright neon lights, office tower and Mercedes star. During the years of division it was symbolic of capitalist West Berlin.

The centre of west Berlin is little changed since the fall of the Wall and in a sense it has been a little bit left behind by newly regenerated districts in the east.
