Merseyside Police Headquarters

Merseyside Police headquarters is a 7 storey building built in dark brown brick. A triangular sign similar to the one at Londons' New Scotland Yard stands near the entrance. Telecommunications equipment is on the roof.

The plain, functional style and use of dark brown bricks is typical of 1970's architecture. An ugly, intimidating building which presents a very negative PR image for the police.
