construction of new Bull Ring centre

The cylindrical tower of the Bull Ring office block rises up above a mass of scaffolding, concrete pillars and steel girders. Despite the disruption, the historic church on the right remains open to visitors.

Part of the remarkable recent transformation of Birmingham city centre. The reconstructed shopping centre opened in September 2003.
