The Campanile, Front Square Trinity College Dublin on 12 July 2002. The Campanile is a bell tower which was added in 1851. The buildings to the right and left date from the 18th century, and are virtually unchanged from that time. Though people describe TCD as 'pretty', it can also have a rather forbidding air, as here. I studied Modern Languages - German and French at Trinity College Dublin from October 1976 to June 1981. I received my MA on 12 July 2002.
