The Custom House overlooks the River Liffey near the port area. It was designed by James Gandon and dates from the late 18th century.
I did this drawing at the location inh 1977. The viewpoint was the Quay south of the Liffey not far from Trinity College Dublin where I was studying Modern Languages.
