The lights of Birkenhead and Wallasey as seen from the Albert Dock Liverpool. The Belfast ferry Norse Merchant is just about to dock at the recently opened ferryport on the Wirral. Two town hall towers are visible, Birkenhead on the left and Wallasey on the right, both now under Wirral Metropolitan Borough.
