The MV Connacht has just arrived at Dublin after a 7 hour overnight trip from Liverpool. As the vessel turns, the sunrise is reflected off its port side.
One of the first images taken on my historic Dublin photoshoot from May 1981, my first serious set of pictures of a city. I also chose this as the first picture to be displayed when this site was finally made live on 8 October 2003.
