A converted London Routemaster bus has been put into service on the streets of Dublin as a tour bus operating a hop-on hop-off circular route around the city.
It is absolutely inappropriate for this bus to be operating in Dublin. It has no connection with the city, and is a symbol of London and Britain, not Dublin and Ireland. It's ironic that as Routemasters are being removed from their home city, they are being used as novelty tour buses more and more unlikely places. Tour operators should be using older Dublin buses. The Routemaster belongs in London!
