The Temple is a hilltop gazebo in Heaton Park Manchester. It has been restored as part of the regeneration of the park with money from the National Lottery and other sources. The Temple is situated on the highest point of the City of Manchester overlooking its northernmost boundary. Here it is after snowfall on Boxing Day 2004.

It's great to see the Temple looking much as it must have looked two centuries ago.
