We are looking across Manchester city centre and down onto Portland Tower, once known as the Scottish Widows Fund building. Since it was acquired by Bruntwood Properties it has been refurbished from top to bottom. The west exterior wall was painted yellow for the Commonwealth Games. The exterior, once pebbledash brown has been made over in matt black.
