Leeds Civic Hall dates from 1933 and was designed by E Vincent Harris. It was built to provide extra accommodation for Leeds City Council. The building is faced in Portland stone and has a Roman style portico.
Constructed in the 1930s, this is a modern building but it looks 200 years older.
