The lights of nighttime Dubai are seen from a Lufthansa Boeing 747 flying at around 2000 feet. All main roads are clearly visible, with the port on the right and the Creek dividing Deira on this side with Dubai on the southern side. The image is blurred due to the long exposure time. The aircraft is flying east and will do a 180 degree turn before making its final approach to Dubai International Airport, visible left centre.

Despite the camera shake and consequent blurring, this is still a marvellous view of Dubai.
