The Tokyo Tower is one of the best attractions in Tokyo. I disagree with the opinion on Virtual Tourist. The Tokyo Tower is not too expensive and it is definitely worth going up to the second level, because the view is even better and it's an exciting experience. I couldn't have got this view of Shinjuku on the right without going up to the top level.
