Department store on Prager Strasse in the centre of Dresden. This was once a branch of the state-owned GDR department store Centrum. Now it's one of two branches of Karstadt in the city. The other is on the opposite side of Prager Strasse.

The exterior with repetitive geometric shapes is very much 1960's Soviet Communist style but I find it bears a strong resemblance to the Selfridges store in Birmingham, UK, though with rectangular rather than curved lines.
