Photo of the Ray Denham Dance Orchestra taken in the late 40s or early 50s. Sent by Julia Smith, whose father - Geoffrey William Smith, nickname 'Rusty' - is the one just under the sign, with the wild hair. A fascinating photographic record of a lost era. I wonder what they sounded like. Can anyone provide any more information? Read Julia's full message in HyperBlog.
