A classic since the 1950's the Hasselblad 500C is designed around an interchangeable system of parts, including body, back, lens and viewfinder which bolt together. It takes 120 roll film and produces images 6x6 centimetres square.
The camera has a superb lens and wonderful build quality and is reasonably portable. The large size film produces virtually grainless prints. I still make occasional use of this camera, which I bought from Sale-based photographer Mark Fildes in 1991.
