Liverpool

Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas

The Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas is on Berkley Street Toxteth, and was consecrated in 1871. Its eastern Orthodox style of architecture has a strong flavour of Greece, Bulgaria and Russia.

A potent illustration of Liverpool's tourism marketing slogan: 'The world in one city'
