Skyline Central offers rental-only apartments, and has a gym and swimming pool with panoramic views of Manchester.

In 2007 Skyline Central started to offer a butler service to take care of household chores for busy residents. Judging from the publicity photo, this is not the traditional butler of Jeeves and Wooster fame, with his knowledge of all subjects from saddling to meterology, masterfully portrayed by Stephen Fry, but a spiky haired contemporary-style 20-something.
