The Einstein Tower was designed by Jewish-German architect Eric Mendelson and completed in the 1920s. It is now part of Potsdam Science Park and continues to serve as a centre of astronomical research.

The Einstein Tower was featured in the excellent exhibition on Eric Mendelson on at the CUBE Gallery Manchester during November 2004. www.cube.org.uk
