Belfast Harland and Wolff cranes seen from Titanic Quarter

The twin cranes of Harland and Wolff shipyards are a major landmark on the Belfast skyline, even though they are not currently involved in the construction of ships. The cranes are named Samson and Goliath.

There is a gigantic dry dock underneath both cranes. In October 2007 Goliath re-entered service. More on Wikipedia.
